Elevate how your business operates.

VTX finds where your business loses time and money, fixes how the work gets done, then puts the right technology behind it.

We start with the business problem — not the software.

One process, redesignedAn illustrative example of the approach, not a client result: customer orders that arrive by email.

BeforeFive steps, three re-typings, one approval queue for every order.

  1. Order arrives as an email
  2. Someone re-types it into a spreadsheet
  3. The spreadsheet is copied into the accounting system
  4. A manager approves every order by email
  5. An invoice is created by hand

AfterThree steps. The approval stays, but only where it protects something.

  1. Customer submits a short order form connected to your system
  2. The order and invoice are created automatically
  3. A manager reviews only the exceptions

Start by asking whether each step should exist. Automate second. See our approach

You may not need more software. You may need a better system.

If these sound familiar, time and money are tied up in how the work is organized.

Where the time goes

  • Your employees spend hours copying information between systems.
  • You rely heavily on spreadsheets.
  • Approvals slow everything down.
  • Your team has software but still performs the work manually.
  • Reporting takes too long.
  • Your business has grown but your processes have not.

Quick estimate

What is repetitive work costing your business?

Answer three quick questions. A rough guess is fine.

Add up your whole team: for example, 3 people × 4 hours = 12 hours. Think data entry, copying between systems, manual reports, chasing approvals.

For the most accurate estimate, use the fully loaded hourly labor cost, including employer costs. If unavailable, an approximate hourly value can be used.

Optional. Leave at 0 if this doesn’t apply.

Repetitive work is worth about

$27,000a year

That’s 600 hours lost every year, or 15 full work weeks.

One person doing all of it from January 1 would finish on April 20.

If you could reduce repetitive work by

you could free up 300 hours a year (37.5 workdays), worth about $13,500 in team capacity.

This is an illustrative scenario, not a guaranteed result. This represents potential capacity value, not guaranteed cash savings. Selected reduction: 50%.

Knowing the cost is the first step.

The next step is knowing which of that work to simplify, automate or remove. That’s what the call is for.

What do these numbers mean?

Time value is capacity

It’s what the hours are worth at today’s cost. Payroll only falls if hours are actually removed. Most businesses redirect freed time instead.

Software cost is real spend

It’s money already leaving the business, but a better process doesn’t automatically mean you can cancel the tool.

Opportunity cost is often the biggest

What your team could do with the time — serve more clients, follow up faster, make fewer errors — is harder to measure and usually matters most.

Calculator results are illustrative estimates based on the information you provide. They represent the estimated economic value associated with time and software expenditure and should not be interpreted as guaranteed savings, cost reductions, or financial returns. Actual results depend on the specific process, solution, implementation, adoption, and business circumstances.

Do not automate dysfunction.

Automating a broken process only makes it break faster. So before any technology, we ask:

  1. Should this step exist?
  2. Can this process be simplified?
  3. Does this system actually support the business?

Only then should technology enter the conversation.

Three ways to work with VTX

Pick the one that matches what you need: a plan, a plan delivered, or ongoing help.

What should we change?

We study how the work actually happens, find where time and money are being lost, and recommend what to change, in what order, and why. You leave with a clear plan. Implementation is optional and scoped separately.

Best for

  • Owners and leaders who sense the business is inefficient but can’t yet say where or why
  • Organizations about to buy software and wanting an independent view first
  • Teams that need a business case before committing budget

Can you identify what needs to change and implement it?

Everything in Advisory, followed by implementing whatever actually fits: a redesigned process, an existing SaaS product, automation, AI, an integration, a dashboard, or custom software when nothing simpler will do.

Best for

  • Organizations that want one partner accountable from diagnosis to a working result
  • Teams without in-house capacity to configure, integrate or build
  • Businesses that have already decided something must change and want it done properly

Can you continuously help us modernize and improve the business?

VTX works as your external transformation office: continuously finding, prioritizing, redesigning, implementing and measuring the next improvement. Implementation capacity is defined up front; major builds are scoped separately.

Best for

  • Growing organizations with a steady stream of improvement opportunities
  • Leadership teams that want transformation managed as a portfolio, not one-off projects
  • Organizations whose staff already use AI tools individually but have no strategy or governance

Prices shown are indicative ranges only. Final pricing depends on project scope, complexity, implementation requirements, timeline, and business needs.

From first call to measured result.

You see the scope and the price before anything starts, and we measure the result at the end.

  1. Talk it through

    Free · 30 minutes

We discuss the challenge and how the work happens today. You leave with an honest view, not a sales pitch.

  2. Scope and fixed price

    In writing

If there’s a fit, you get a written proposal: what we’ll do, what you get, how long it takes and what it costs.

  3. We do the work

    Advisory, Transformation or Partnership

We analyze, redesign and, where it makes sense, implement, with regular check-ins along the way.

  4. Measure the result

    Before and after

We compare hours, errors and turnaround against where you started, so you can see what changed.

Before you book

Is the consultation actually free?

Yes. The 30-minute consultation is free and there is no obligation to continue.

What happens during the call?

We discuss the business challenge, how the current process works, and the outcome you want. You’ll leave with an honest view of whether there is an opportunity worth exploring.

How does the call happen?

On Zoom. Once you book, you’ll get an email invitation with the date, time and Zoom link. You can join from your browser or phone.

Do I need to know what technology I need?

No. That’s part of the point. Working out what, if anything, should change is our job.

Do I have to hire VTX after the meeting?

No. If we don’t think we’re the right fit, we’ll say so.

Your first step doesn’t need to be a transformation project.

Start with a 30-minute conversation about where the friction is, and whether it’s worth fixing.

  • No obligation.
  • No sales presentation.
  • Just a discussion about your business.
