Is the consultation actually free?

Yes. The 30-minute consultation is free and there is no obligation to continue.

What happens during the call?

We discuss the business challenge, how the current process works, and the outcome you want. You’ll leave with an honest view of whether there is an opportunity worth exploring.

How does the call happen?

On Zoom. Once you book, you’ll get an email invitation with the date, time and Zoom link. You can join from your browser or phone.

Will I receive an estimate during the call?

For simple projects, we may be able to discuss an initial range. For complex projects, additional discovery may be required before we can give a reliable estimate.

Do I have to hire VTX after the meeting?

No. If we don’t think we’re the right fit, we’ll say so.

Do I need to share confidential information to book?

No. A short description of the challenge is enough. We won’t ask for sensitive data before an engagement is agreed.
